INTRODUCTIONThis study attempt to determine the potential of calamansi as an athlete's foot killer. Specifically it will answer the following questions:
1. The calamansi extract is effective considering its concentration, 50% of calamansi and 50% of water (50% solution)
2. How do quantities of calamansi extract differs in terms of their acid value?!?
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Many companies are capable of producing new products for athlete's foot. These kind of products would be a good factor for many athletes. But for now, everybody is updated with too many anti-bacterial products like in our markets today.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
This study is very useful among athletes. The researchers can produce foot killer out of abundant calamansi plants in our country. By using calamansi, some of the companies can make foot killer out of calamansi and can minimize the use of some chemicals that can cause many side-effects. This study is significantly useful for athletes in different fields of sports.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
1. How can the calamansi kill foot odor?
2. Which product is more useful, the commercial one or the calamansi?
HYPOTHESIS
1. Calamansi extract can kill foot odor faster than commercial ones.
2. There is no significant difference between the calamansi extract and commercial ones.
